Toucan 

This stunning bird is found in the canopy layer of the rainforests of South and Central America. While a diverse selection of fruit is their main source of food, they also munch on insects, fronts, and lizards as well. 

There are more than 35 species of toucan birds currently endeared due to habitat loss - cleared for farming - and are being hunted for their beautiful and bright feathers. Climate change and pesticide use also impact the toucan and all birds.

Do not buy products that have real bird feathers in them. Also support local, organic, and sustainable farmers who don't use pesticides and try and lessen your carbon footprint! We can all make a difference.
